Born in Hong Kong with Chinese and Korean heritage, I am now a senior at the Peddie School in New Jersey. Growing up between cultures has made me naturally curious about the spaces where languages, traditions, and perspectives intersect. These interactions have given me a more international outlook, allowing me to connect with people from different backgrounds and see the world through multiple lenses. I often explore this through art and writing, using both to navigate questions of identity and belonging.

Outside of creative expression, I am a fervent reader, a recreational oboe player, and an avid learner of foreign languages. I’m also very enthusiastic about food, and am always seeking out the flavors and stories behind every new dish. Together, these passions shape how I understand and engage with the world: with openness, imagination, and a hunger to learn.
